You have a 30-day return policy. If the pen is not for you, it can be returned within 30 days. It just needs to be sent back in the same condition as you received it. Once we have received it, we will refund the amount.

We do not accept returns of damaged products or products that have been damaged after receipt. The return must be in the same condition as when you received it.

We are working quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery time depends on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our production partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and at a fair price. The Pen is hand-assembled in Denmark.

The delivery price is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the exact price before completing your purchase.

Are you out of ink?

If your pen runs out, we'll be happy to send you a new ink cartridge for your favorite pen — completely free of charge, you just have to buy the stamp.
